Some changes on programs today. We are not going film studio.
We are at Dash Dakshinachitra. We played an interesting game, something like ‘The Amazing Race’. Sad to say, our group got the last and so felt a little disappointed but quite fun…
We had our buffet lunch at a restaurant in a hotel. Foods are quite nice. We then proceeded to City Centre for shoppings. I bought a three wheel taxi, which is called the ‘Bajaj auto Rickshaw’, looks interesting! Something not able to see in Singapore. I also bought two Rubik’s cube, one for me, one for my sis. Basically, there is not much souvenir sold here. Teachers told us that we might go for another shopping tomorrow, I heaved a sigh of relief… really would like to get some souvenir for my classmates back in S'pore.
For dinner, we had fast food, KFC! Similar to Singapore. Then we played at the Arcade. It was a fun day.
City Centre is grand and look like Orchard Road in Singapore. What a day!

During the home visit at Uwais house, Azril and I played games and toys with Uwais and Jeevan. We played PSP,hide and seek and the ring. We had badminton and cricket as well.
An hour later, the family took us to fly kites and build sandcastles at the nearby beach. This was my first time flying a kite,so it is quite difficult to control it, but it was great. The feeling is just too wonderful. I had always wanted to fly kites but this has never come true till now. Appreciate very much to my friend Uwais and family.
In this home visit, it take us to learn how to adapt to different environment and blend into their living styles and cultures. You know cricket is also new to me. Do not have chance to play in APS.
I really feel appreciative towards my homeland based on this visit to the host family... What a unique and educational experience!
Life here is really down to earth ... they do not have television, just mile of beaches, ah hah !!! the best place to fly kites.

During the CIP school visit, I went to draw and paint the word ''Read'' on the canvas board with the help of the children there. The school is a little old ... and the children are ... very sad for them. When I gave them the sweets, they snatched them all in seconds! How I wish I had more for them. The most important thing we did today was setting up a library for the children. We brought books for them... To sum up, I have learnt to appreciate and cherish everything we had. Some of the children are without families so they got to support themselves ... I think I am very lucky to be in Singapore and with family and friends ... our Anderson is great. I wish them all well and may their days fill with more laughters ...

The school have a swimming pool and i think most of their classrooms have air-con. How I wish to have a swimming pool in Anderson!

The teachers are all very kind and polite. There is not much differences .
